Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker got married privately in Las Vegas earlier this week. The couple attended the Grammys Awards before they tied the knot because Barker performed at the show. After the awards ceremony, Kardashian and Barker ran away to their wedding location, One Love Wedding Chapel, owned by Marty Frierson.
The two lovebirds were married at 2am by an Elvis impersonator. They did not, however, get married with a license. Kourtney Kardashian shared her experience with her followers on Instagram with the following caption:
Her post features her and her man dressed in black leather jackets embracing each other. Kardashian learned that she needed to bring a license in order to legally get married, so she ends her post with a light-hearted note, “Practice makes perfect.”
Marty Frierson reported to USA Today that the couple got married in his chapel at 1:45 Monday morning. Before arriving, Kourtney Kardashian called the chapel at 12:30am to make her appointment. Fortunately, the location was available to Kardashian and Barker. Frierson was not permitted to record the wedding himself, but he did say that the four guests were taking pictures and recording.
Kardashian and Baker first made their relationship public on Valentine’s Day in 2021. They then became engaged the following October. Barker popped the question by laying out dozens of roses on the beach where the couple stood in the middle of. Of course, Kourtney Kardashian accepted.
Kardashian herself has three children: Mason, 12, Penelope, 9, and Reign,7. Barker has two children: Landon, 18, and Alabama, 16. The couple has already discussed having a child together. We can’t wait to hear more about their romance.
